We are seeking a Proposal Manager to support our Services and Products proposal team at Vibrint. The objective for this role is to bring energetic, detail-oriented and responsively led proposal management experience to the Vibrint National Security Growth team. Drawing on your proposal development/management experience, you will join a team of driven and disciplined business development professionals focused on reinforcing Vibrint's position as an industry leader.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the proposal development process from pre-proposal phase through post-proposal submittal phases.
  • Establish schedules, processes, and tools for executing compliant proposal responses.
  • Facilitate and lead proposal schedules, outlines, color team reviews, proposal kickoffs, and solutioning sessions.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization, outside proposal consultants and with proposal teams.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Vibrint teammates concerning proposal schedules and solicitation artifacts.
  • Assist with the gathering, assessment and validation of customer requirements, identifying gaps and emerging requirements.
  • Communicate resource needs and leverage resources assigned, collaborating with subject and technical matter experts, functional leads, and program managers.
  • Participate in capture activities, to include data call preparation, white papers, RFIs, sources sought, workshops, opportunity gate reviews, black hat sessions, collaboration sessions, and proposal reviews.
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant RFI, sources sought and proposal responses.
  • Interact routinely with all levels of management, infrastructure POCs, staff, and customers, and follow through on tasking.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated proposal development/management experience.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and highly effective interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to fast-paced business rhythms in a growing organization.
  • Attention to detail, responsive, and schedule discipline is a must.
  • Experience leading proposals valued at more than $25M for a single award.
  • Proficient in Federal procurement process and regulations (e.g., FAR) for both products and services.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing, editing, graphic design, and other relevant proposal best practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams.
  • Experience supporting a wide variety of solicitation size, complexity, and submission windows.
  • US.Citizenship is required, ability to obtain and retain a US government clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intelligence Community proposal development experience.
  • Experience with scheduling tools (ie: MS Project).
  • Active Top-Secret clearance.
