Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Cabot, Arkansas, 72023, United States. This role primarily involves managing the front office of a local financial firm.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting customers that enter the facility

• Data entry of client-specific information into an industry-specific software program

• Providing detailed information and excellent customer service to clients

• Maintaining client files electronically and physically

• Keeping the front office organized and ready for clients

• Utilizing skills in Administrative Office work and Office Administration

• Managing Paper Filing and e-Filing tasks

• Answering Inbound Calls and managing a multi-line phone system

• Data Entry tasks as required by the role. Requirements • Previous experience in a Receptionist role or similar administrative position

• Proficient in administrative office procedures and office administration

• Strong skills in both paper filing and e-filing

• Able to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately

• Capable of answering inbound calls and managing a multi-line phone system

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in using office software and equipment

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
