You will be the front-line service representative of the company, responsible for delivering the quality service experience that includes listening and understanding the customers' needs and expectations.
What you'll do each day:
- Receive incoming calls from customers in need of heating or cooling demands.
- Engaging in appropriate conversation with the customer to determine their needs and contact information.
- Entering accurate data and detailed notes about the customer and service needs. Accuracy while multi-tasking is essential.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Schedule:
This position is in office (located at: 4117 Bridgetown Road Cincinnati, OH 45211) from 8 am to 5 pm Monday -- Friday, some Saturdays in rotation 7 am -- 3 pm and must be available to offer on call support when scheduled.

Requirements
- Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to learn and master Customer Service computer software programs required by this position.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a positive and professional approach to supporting the operation and customers.
- Must be able to work Saturdays in a rotating schedule (7 am to 3 pm).
