Full Time / Direct Hire w/ Benefits - $100,000 to $130,000

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Control Engineer with extensive experience to ensure the manufacturing and delivery of our product at the highest standard. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading quality control efforts, driving process improvements, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to exceptional product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute comprehensive inspections and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to uphold stringent quality standards.

• Develop and refine quality control processes and procedures to proactively identify and mitigate defects, ensuring consistent product excellence.

• Utilize advanced statistical analysis techniques to evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end RMA process, overseeing its execution in adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Spearhead investigations into root causes of defects or quality issues, driving the implementation of robust corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain meticulous records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous process improvements.

• Conduct regular quality audits to validate adherence to protocols and uphold quality standards.

• Provide comprehensive training to production staff on quality control procedures and standards, emphasizing the importance of maintaining superior product quality.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the RMA and quality control processes, driving initiatives to enhance overall product quality and production efficiency.

• Generate insightful reports on RMA metrics, offering actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

• Ensure strict compliance with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.

• Uphold rigorous cleanroom procedures and standards to maintain optimal manufacturing conditions.

• Foster a culture of safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in the work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance and quality control roles.

• Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or equivalent preferred.

• Proficiency in implementing quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.

• Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a demonstrated positive attitude.

• Authorization to work in the US (permanent resident status).
