Supply Chain Analyst III, will work under general supervision to perform supply chain activities for assigned product portfolio to optimize inventory, minimize cost, and set and achieve customer service goals. Responsible for supply planning, master planning, capacity planning, execution oversight, and monitoring and reporting of results. Provide supply input for SIOP process for a given business segment to align global demand and financial requirements with manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Leads efforts between Warehouse, Planning, Manufacturing & Quality to ensure optimal material workflow/transactional efficiency and inventory accuracy. Must have the ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and the ability to implement processes or procedures that ensure material flow efficiency.

• Has complete understanding of Inventory Movements from receiving, through manufacturing and shipping, with the intent of becoming SAP and MES Super User for training, process improvements and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for meeting Inventory Accuracy Goals. This includes management of the cycle counting process, root cause investigations, and establishing processes for preventative and corrective actions.

• Works integrally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing/Planning, Supply Chain and other functional groups, ensuring SAP data accuracy.

• May need to take role of project lead when working across functional groups to achieve business goals. Leading without authority, training and communication of business process changes with the Plant functional groups will be essential.

• Produce supply plans for manufacturing.

• Contribute supply related components to SIOP including capacity plans, MPS, and inventory schedules.

• Upon completion of the design process, perform all manufacturing planning aspects to support new product launches.

• Complete complex spreadsheet analysis during issue resolution or scenario planning.

• Monitor capacity loading on assigned production lines and forecast.

• Contribute supply plans for product phase-out such that obsolete raw inventory is minimized.

• Provide input to the Business Planning process annually and provide quarterly updates.

• Perform basic financial analyses for manufacturing absorption.

• Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• (5) years experience in Warehousing/Logistics and management/supervisory

Preferred:

• Experience in MES

• Experience in SAP

• APICS CPIM/CSCP
