Vista Outdoor Customer Compliance & Allocation Analyst in Hyde Park, Utah

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Compliance and Allocation Analyst to join the Customer Experience team for the Outdoor Performance platform. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inward. The Customer Experience team will be part of the Global Commercial organization and will drive growth in the Outdoor Performance business by winning customers and channels while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure.

As the Customer Compliance Analyst, you will analyze sales data, monitor sales activities, and identify any areas of non-compliance or potential risks. You will work closely with sales teams to provide guidance on compliance issues, develop training programs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

This position reports to the Customer Experience Operations Manager and is based in Logan, Utah.

As the Customer Compliance & Allocation Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure that all sales activities within the platform adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies.

  • Conduct regular audits of sales processes, analyze data to identify compliance issues, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance.

  • Develop and implement training programs to educate the sales team on compliance requirements and best practices.

  • Investigate any reported violations, document findings, and work with stakeholders to address any compliance gaps or concerns.

  • Stay up to date on changes in regulations that may impact sales operations.

  • Uphold the integrity of a company's sales operations and ensure ethical business practices are maintained.

  • Ensure that all sales activities within the platform adhere to relevant regulations.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role within a sales organization.

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiar with sales practices and regulations specific to the industry in which the company operates is advantageous.

  • A proactive approach to staying informed about changes in laws and regulations impacting sales compliance is vital for success in this role.
