IMAGINE ONE TECHNOLOGY and MANAGEMENT, LTD., is currently seeking aMetrics Analystwith a strong background working on Navy maintenance metrics and analytics; applying expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers; applying knowledge to understand how our users interact with core business products; analyzing data and translate into recommendations; and, working with various government personnel in the Metrics Directorate of NAVSEA, SEA 21. On-site work location will be at Maritime Plaza, S.E., Washington, DC in vicinity of Washington Navy Yard. Hybrid work options will be considered.

TheMetrics Analystwill work alongside government personnel providing primarily consulting, facilitating, and performing metric development, dashboard framework development, data management schemas, analysis, and recommending areas for productivity improvement. TheMetrics Analystwill routinely produce statistical analysis products and strategic plans for data management and functional improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience with analyzing and extracting key data and information to meet NAVSEA's information system needs and requirements.
• Experience in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data.
• Ability to identify and collect data using tools or techniques.
• Ability to develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key insights.
• Ability to conduct data analysis and reporting, including dashboard development, data cleansing, metrics analysis, and research.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.
• Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Five or more years NAVSEA or Navy experience REQUIRED!!!
• Experience with Depot-level Overhaul, Maintenance, and Modernization activities.
• Advanced competency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) in a DOD setting, Navy preferred.

Educational/Other Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree inComputer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or similar or equivalent experience
• Five (5) years experience in metrics, data analytics, business/financial analytics field is required.
• Experience with US Navy Ship Maintenance and Modernization

Security Clearance:

• US citizenship required
• An Active DoD Issued Secret Clearance (or interim Secret or higher) at time of application.
