Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operation Product Engineer will work under NPI Product Engineer on new product introduction and product sustaining support. Ideal candidate will serve as key interface between factory and design center. Key responsibilities include but not limit to:

• Operation Product Engineer for PAD/N-plexers product line

• Support prototype ATE assembly instruction and ATE testing

• Creating and managing product documentation

• Creating customer report

• Driving cost reduction activities such as second sources qualification, yield enhancement, test time reduction, etc.

• Customer return testing and data analysis

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong exposure to RF parameters.

• Candidate should have a good understanding of RF parameters, strong data analysis skills, electronics manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to debug production and development issues, such as on ATE or bench characterization

  Preferred skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

• Use of data application tools such as JMP, Exensio

• Experience with technical and detailed documentation

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional and cross-site teams, foster teamwork
