PARK NATIONAL BANK Cash Logistics Specialist in Newark, Ohio

Description RESPONSIBILITIES Order cash for ATM's and branches on a weekly basis Maintain and monitor cash levels for corporate virtual vaults held at armored car companies Place orders and deposits to the Federal Reserve Submit cases to armored car companies for discrepancies Maintain delivery schedules for ATM's and branches Process and monitor commercial customers armored car related activities Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Interpersonal/ Customer Service Skills Written and Verbal Communication Ability to understand and follow directions Adaptable to change Basic Computer Skills Abiltity to develop or mentor others Ability to work as part of a team Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented Analytical Thinking Able to Multi-task or Juggle Priorities Problem/Situation Analysis Technical Expertise SPECIALIZATION Preferred experience in accounting-related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. SCHEDULE Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is hourly and full-time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, the position will require 40 hours per week. This position does have a FWA. Some onsite scheduled hours. Speak to the hiring manager for details. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 80% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with vendors and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
