PARK NATIONAL BANK Cloud Endpoint Engineer in Newark, Ohio

Description Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio; 2 days remote. This role is not eligible for sponsorship RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-hybrid Build, modify, or improve existing automations and multi-system integrations. Manage and administer cloud-based programs such as Azure, O365 and Active Directory. Improve, maintain, and administer VDI environments (AVD, VMware). Implement and maintain workstation security configurations and configuration standards. Evaluate, deploy, and remediate vendor security patches. Evaluate, deploy, and remediate new applications and upgrades to existing software. Build and maintain configurations within Microsoft's Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM.) Provide third-tier support for end user issues. Collaborate with support teams across lines of business to address production and system issues. Create and maintain accurate documentation of department activities and processes. Oversee endpoint management in multiple environments, including but not limited to on-premises and Azure. deploys, administering extensive Azure solutions, managing virtual device infrastructure and other activities designed to ensure environment security through proper configuration of products and service and vulnerability and threat management. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned. Intermediate knowledge working with Windows Operating Systems support, Microsoft Office Suite support, Active Directory best practices, and Active Directory Group Policy Experience with deployment of software through an enterprise management tool including the repackaging of software installers and drivers Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. Position may require evening and weekend work to oversee implementations and problem resolutions. Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio; 2 - days remote. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within the Park National Bank footprint to be expected. Physical Requirements: This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information.
