PARK NATIONAL BANK Enterprise Technology Manager in Newark, Ohio

Description Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio; 2 days remote. RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid Enable and contribute to strategic planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs for the Bank. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Ensure adherence to program goals, scope, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Champion a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and governance standards. Foster relationships with external vendors, project managers and IT leaders and team members to ensure the timeliness of a project. Provide regular updates and reports highlighting program status, key milestones, and performance metrics. Mitigate identified risks associated with projects and program executions. Review products and applications on a regular basis to maximize value including rationalization and adoption. Support Architecture Review Board process by attending meetings and ensuring initiatives are carried out as planned. Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or IS or related field of study required 4+ years of enterprise technology initiatives and management preferred SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio; 2 days remote. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION Minimal travel is expected. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
