University of Utah, College of Health,Department of Parks, Recreation, and TourismAssociate InstructorThe Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism (PRT) in the College of Health at the University of Utah is pleased to announce a position for an Associate Instructor (Lecturer) for the 2024/25 academic year at 0.75 FTE (or 9-month equivalent). The Department is looking for a skilled educator, who will cover classes in the core curriculum and provide representation on Department, College, and University committees. This position will begin August 16, 2024.The successful candidate will have experience in teaching core classes including but not exclusive to introductory and mid-level courses in parks, recreation, and tourism management. Individuals with expertise in hospitality management and/or outdoor recreation & resource management are also encouraged to apply.
