DSPD Fiscal Operations

The* Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), within the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) is seeking a *Health Program Manager to oversee and monitor the Caregiver Compensation Program. Incumbent will work with the division leadership team to address and refine policy and procedures as the program is implemented. They will recommend,advocate and implement any changes to the program as needed on an ongoing basis. They will assist families of individuals in services and support coordinators by answering questions about the program and how to apply. They will provide assistance in resolving any problems surrounding caregiver compensation including coordination with fiscal management agencies and providers. Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws,regulations,and/or agency rules,standards and guidelines,etc.

Principal Duties

• Develop,evaluate and review plans and criteria for the caregiver compensation program
• Provides assistance in resolving issues and concerns surrounding the program
• Oversee and conduct quality assurance reviews of participants of the program
• Researches and reviews financial records,schedules,reports,and/or problem areas.
