Job Summary & Deliverables
The Kitchen Manager manages all food service activities for the assigned unit including menu development and execution, food delivery, inventory and purchasing of supplies, cost control, and sanitation. The Manager monitors client satisfaction and maintains compliance with federal, state, and local food service regulations.

Shift: Sun-Wed, 11AM-8PM | Thurs, 11AM-3PM
Unit: Pheasant Hollow
Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour
Rate increases based upon years of experience
Essential Functions
Directs and manages menu creation, meal preparation, and plating
Creates and updates menus ensuring the inclusion of foods that are varied, nutritionally balanced, and meet individual dietary requirements
Monitors client and staff satisfaction
Supervises the daily activities of kitchen employees
Manages supply orders, cost control, and mitigation of waste
Resolves issues referred from operations and manages the implementation of resolutions
Manages the maintenance of kitchen equipment and repairs
Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and compliant kitchen
