Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist in the Professional Services industry. Located in San Diego, California, the HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen understanding of HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.

• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.

• Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll, and compliance-related tasks.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Utilize various systems and tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations. Requirements • Experience in the Professional Services industry

• Prior experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to manage Benefit Functions

• Experience in Compensation Administration

• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and procedures

• Strong skills in Employee Relations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
